1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods
  • Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@deallumo.com with your order details
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will respond with return instructions

Please do not send items back without prior approval.s.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider (processing delays may occur)
  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly delivered

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the orde
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible
